What do you do if you need surgery again but nobody will take your insurance??

My surgeon says that my pouch somehow is connected back to the old stomach and the food is going back inside of it, therefore I eat just about as much as I did before surgery. I'm lost, confused and don't know where to turn, he says he can sew the pouch back up but I dont have insurance and the money to do it. I need advice on what steps I can or should take to fix this problem. I've already gained 30 pounds back and i'm scared to death i'm going to gain it all back.
