Not a question, found a good way to get protein
I read all the time about protein supplements, and shakes etc, and since I couldn't tolerate any of those, I am thinking that I am lucky to have come across something as sort of a supplement. There are these things called steak nuggets (they are with the beef jerky, but not tough like jerky), it is really tender and delicious, there is teryaki, peppered and regular, and has 10g of protein per ounce, and is a wonderful thing to eat. I just thought this might help someone. I usually don't post, so please bare with this long thing.
