Has anyone with federal BCBS been approved for lap RNY with no comorbidities.

I have a BMI of 48 ad weigh in at 280 but have extensive health problems in my family, including heart problems, diabetes, cancer, and lets not forget that my dad and grandmother were also morbidly obese.
