Anyone out there have Humana PPO and an exclusion for WLS and get approved ?

Or if you were denied any info you mught have about the policy . What about an HMO policy ? Are they getting approved ? If I can't get coverage with the PPO , I can change the policy to an HMO in Sept. , but hope I don't need to .............. thanks
