Problem after problem after the 6 month mark post op..

I have had nothing but problems since six months , I still vomit once or twice a week from nothing in particular , I get mild to extreme pain from anything at least once or twice a day , I still only have one bowel movement a week - sometimes still needing an enema just to get it , every month another food gets added to the one's my tummy won't tolerate anymore , and because of all this I am getting depressed again. Has anybody had anything like the problems I am having ? I've had these problems for 7 months now and they are not subsiding .... have I traded one hell for another ??? I had a barium swallow last year and they didn't see anything and am going for another in the next couple weeks but if they don't find anything there - my doctor suggests it might be permanent - how can that be ??? If there's anyone out there with similar , I would appreciate any advice etc , thanks.
