It is so hard not to drink while eating. Is this going to ruin everything?

I have a very hard time not drinking while I eat. I get SO thirsty. Is this going to mess up my pouch? I am trying so hard not to do this. Also it seems like I am hungry too often lately. I am 4 weeks post op and I eat about 4 small meals a day. I am hoping this is normal and I am just used to not being able to eat like right after surgery.
