Any problem with stomach acid burning skin after tube is pulled out?

After my drain tube was pulled I drained steady and the acid burnt,ate whatever you want to call it the skin around the hole. I started out with a hole smaller than the size of a pencil and ended up with a hole almost 1" across and 3/8" up and down. I had to go to the Emergency Room and the Dr. there called in a WLS Surgeron. He said it was not normal. But I am glad to say I am on the mend. Just wanted to know had anyone else experinced this. I am 1 mth post and down 26 lbs.
