Has anyone heard of AmeriSciences SLIM diet pills?

I was at my doctors visit today and last month when I saw her she told me aboout these diet pills that she will be getting in next month and there suppose to have no side affects and be safe and doctors made them so when I went today she said I got those pills in and I bought a bottle for $75.00 for a month supply I am pre-op hoping to have the surgery soon so I thought I should try them to see how they are it couldnt hurt to loose some weight before surgey I was just wondering if any one else heard of these pill ...thanks
