what did you wear

I've heard woman say that they either did or did not wear bras while in hospital because of the incision, but what i'm wondering is weather or not any underwear is worn(trust me i'm not a pervert). I intend to have my rny open(after ins. approval), and i wanted to know if the incision prevented anyone from being able to wear underwear during the hospital stay. thanks
