With BCBS FL PPO- Has anyone else lacked a 1 year supervised diet been approved?

I have medical records from years ago w/ suprv. diet and I also wrote them my whole diet history and had all other qualifications ,including my recent pcps records since aug..My surgeons office said all looks good I called my ins. on Fri. and the rep. said she recieved all my info. and is now going to send it to medical review and to call back in 10 buis. days ...I guess I am just nervous and want to know if anyone else had not had recent 12 mths. and was approved any help would b appreciated thank you....
