I just ate almost an entire banana, Is this too much?
Before I would only be able to eat about 1/2 or 2/3 of a small 6-7" banana. Today I ate almost the whole thing and probably could have if I hadn't gotten scared and thrown it away. I am currently almost 7 months post and don't want to risk messing anything up. My usual caloric intake is between 800-1100 calories, protein has been fine. I've quit smoking (again) so the munchies are getting to me and I tend to reach for the popcorn, but other than that I believe i'm doing fine until today and ate a banana (doesn't that just sound silly!!). Some advice please.
