Is being in review a good thing?

Weyco is my ins. co. They have told me that they would know possibly by last Fri, Fri. they said Monday, Monday they said Tues. It is Wed. now and they say it is being reviewed as we speak. This same ins. co. denied my breast reduction claim. Should I be worried?? I am getting nervous and it is making my physically sick to my stomach. If anyone has any input I would love to hear it. Thanks : )
