Weight Lifting and Saggy Skin
This question is for those persons lifting weights regularly or at least more than 5 months. Have you noticed any results on the reduction of extra skin around the stomach when working out with weights? Also, any of the women found that lifting weights has helped with the way your breasts look (not as saggy)? I haven't had surgery but I know these will be my two major problem areas. Back in the day, I was able to reshape my body (and kept my curves) using a 4-day weight traning routine with some cardio. I went from a full C cup to a regular B cup. I know the chances of that happening now are close to impossible but would prefer using weights than plastic surgery. From my experience, weight training has given me the best results in sculpting/reshaping my figure.
