Has anyone had any luck with Cigna PPO and getting a TT approval?

Our insurance recently changed to Cigna PPO and we have yet to receive new books telling us what is covered and not and what the guidelines are. Has anyone had any luck getting any type of plastic surgery approval through Cigna? Thanks!
