I need to find a new PCP who is WLS friendly? Any in S Jersey/Phila area?

My current PCP just told me that she WILL not provide the LAST letter I need to submit to my insurance company for authorization for my WLS. I have already had ALL of my pre-testing done- the only thing I need is a letter of medical necessity. Does anyone in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area know of a WLS friendly Dr who I can change over to my PCP to help me get this letter?
