For those who've had Breast Implants after WLS.....

For those of you who've had breast implants after wls,...could you tell me how you came to the decision to do this. I've lost 170lbs, and I'm now an A cup, and kinda saggy. I know I'll need a breast lift, but really, there isn't anything to lift. So I'm contemplating getting implants just to make me a little bit fuller. Nothing dramatic. But the risks of hardening, and deflation are feaking me out. What made up your mind? Thanks.
