Has anyone dealt with Aetna's new requirements posted on 1/17/03??? HELP!!

Aetna's new requirement is complex, but includes 6 months of nutritional counseling that is physician supervised, and is in conjunction with low cal diet, exercise, and program of behavioral modification. A summary letter from the physician is not satisfactory. PLEASE HELP!!!
