I seem to be able toteat alot more than I should and it's not all the time but most o

f the time i can eat with out being stuffed a full Lean Cuisine, for lunch a small can of tuna mixed with light mayo salt & pepper and saltine crakers abot6 of them. is that to much for me to be eating, or am I panicing. Thank you for your output, means a lot to me.
