Are they any post ops out there that still have problems with CHF?

I have been diagnosed with CHF. I have developed paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea. Also my feet are swollen more often than ever.I know that weight loss will help my heart due to the decrease of stress on the organ.My question is this. Have any of you post ops continued to experience the difficulty breathing upon excertion and the sob at night in spite of weight loss? I really need this surgery not only to live but to improve my quality of life. I want to be here for my girls and I want to be a wife to my husband.It worries me that even if I undergo this procedure that I may still be plagued by the demons of obesity.Any replies would be appreciated
