Pain around my side and back

Hi! I'm 6 months post op, and recently have been experiencing pain episodes that start in my sides (right underneath my breasts) and radiate around to my back. It feels like I'm being squeezed and is absolutely intense. They last for about 4-5 minutes and then they pass. It happens every day but it seems like only one time a day. Does anyone know what this is or what I should do about it? Thank you
