Anyone have any letters to help change the mind of the company's owner ?

I need help in what to say to the owner and vice president of the company where my husband works . The insurance says to talk to the hr dept , and they referred me to make an appointment with v.p. and start there . I hope to convince him to amend the policy exclusion on wls or at least this time . Anyone having done this before and could pass any info on , I would greatly appreciate it . I have a surgeon consult in May , so I need to get busy . thanks ......
