This is probably a really stupid question, but.....

has anyone pre-op began to feel fat. Even though I am severely morbidily obese I have never really felt fat. However now I am more aware of how fat I am and that is causing me to act fat. Does anyone understand what I mean. Kinda stupid huh? Also since I feel fat now I am acting fat by getting short of breath and aches and pains are more severe. Is this normal?????
