What does Dh stand for? I know H is husband right?

HI everyone someone posted this question a few days ago and I didn't know where to fine answer so IM coping and pasteing what was asked. Also what does DH mean and what is tachacardia? IM new here and didn't know sorry. well here is the other question.....Can anyone tell me what happens to the portions of the stomach and intestine that will no longer be used after surgery? I'm curious as to whether they wither-up and die, or disintegrate or just hang-in-there with no purpose.
