I am trying to remember to eat more fruits and veggies everyday but the carbs...
are sooooooooooo high! One banana is like 28 carbs! Apples are just as bad too. I am wondering if these are concidered OK carbs to have. I dont want to intake to many carbs. What do you think? I am a very picky eater and only like certin fruits and veggies...any suggestions?
