Using measuring utensils....
When it came to measuring utensils, I used a couple of things. I bought a shotglass - it reminded me of what an ounce really looks like, and I put it on the table when I was eating. I used an iced teaspoon (has a smaller bowl than a regular teaspoon) and a shrimp fork (has tiny tines). Made picking up those tiny bites seem more normal. I bought a babyfood grinder so I could have adult food even though my stomach was baby-sized. I found that that worked for me. Using measuring utensils at first, until I got used to 'eyeballing' a GBP portion, was VERY helpful.
