How long are your Heparin bruises still showing?

I read the library for previous questions on this and everyone seems to agree on the fact that they have bruises or discolorations on the sites where Heparin was injected in the hospital. My question is HOW LONG was it till yours went away? I am 5 months postop and I still have 'em.
