How long do plateus typically last

I am 4.5 months post-op. I've lost 75 pounds so far. BUT---I've been stuck for 3 weeks! I don't do measurements again until the 11th. I don't want to cheat on that - it only makes me depressed that I haven't lost more. Any suggestions on how to break this? It's making me crazy!
