I am 4 months post op, with painful sores inside my nose

I am 4 months post op,down 100# doing great, eating right, gr8 fluid intake, and vitamins are not a problem. I am just wondering what these painful sores in my nose are. They crack, and bleed, and then I get frustrated with them so I end up pickin at em and then they get worse. blah blah blah... any advice would be greatly appreciated.
