How can I folow the rules better?

OK, Time to kick me while I am down.

I need some information. I am 4 months out from surgery 5'10" starting weight 298. I am now down to 210 pounds. :) The problem that I have is that my husband is currently deployed (for a year), and I have a 5 yr old daughter. I am a commuter student to UNC (3 hr. dr every day), and I do not have time for anything much less exercise (besides the running between classes).

I also do not eat breakfast or lunch (same habits as before surgery), although I do get in my liquid intake, if I try and eat breakfast I get sick the entire day, (not eating to fast, or big bites I ust emotionally HATE breakfast). I don't get home till 2:00 and by that time my daughter is comming home, we try and eat dinner by 5:00 which usually consists of us going out to eat since cooking for one person is so hard. I detest T.V. dinners. I do admit that my dinners are usually very healthy my daughter and I will normally split a meal. We enjoy, steak, salmon, and chicken as well as many other things. I do get my protein there and it is healthy food that I eat.

Between school for me and my daughters school, both our homework, her extra curricular activities, and Church I just am unable to see how to break this cycle. How do I budget my time better so that I can eat at least lunch? I have tried packing my lunch it doesn't work I am not hungry and when I try to eat I usually get nauseated. I have tried taking snacks but I just can't eat them. I try and eat all protein although at least once a week I will eat a salad.

I am just wondering how long my body will be able to tolerate this lack of food intake, sleep, as well as emotional support. I do not have a solid aftercare program seeing as I am military. I am also having to have my gallbladder removed on the 17th of Dec. My husband is still going to be gone, and my family does not reside in the area. Maybe I am depressed, I just don't know.

Can anyone help give me some suggestions? Thanks so much! Have a blessed day! huggers ~Ang~
