Why does my tummy suddenly hurt?

I'm 6 weeks out~Lap RNY and for the past 3 days I have this really uncomfortable hunger-pang,bubbly,gurgly feeling in my chest.It hurts when I take a few bites of food or that first few sips of water and then the pain lessens.Then it returns.What's going on?
