I am 1 week post op open, I am afarid i am eating foods to advandced..
I have had a diet of small curd cottage cheese, breakfast 1 whole piece of string cheese, lunch. and for dinnner maybe a bit of butternut squash. last night i had 1 small piece of deli meat with cheese melted on it.. the piece was only approx 4in in diameter and i folded it . I am satisflied with veru small portions, but seems my stomach has been taking everthing extremely well.. I alos had 2 pistachios yesterday, just for a bit of iron, and the salt taste. Do you think im ruining this tool? should i go back to just broth? iim confused and do not want to fail.. thank you ~erinn
