Looking for a Psyc in Michigan near the Detroit/Dearborn Area who accepts BCBS-PPO

A friend of mines is going through the steps for the surgery w/Dr. Batay-Csorba at BTC in Ypsilanti Michigan. I would recommend the psychologist I seen but Selena doesn't want to do two sessions. Basically, she is looking for someone who can do the test and evaluation in one session. Any help with a psychiatric and/or a psychologist name and number would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
