Okay, a definitive answer please ...
For those of us that keep track of the amount of calories we ingest every day, do we or do we not include the calories from protein powder/shakes in the total? I have been, and my calories seemed a little high to me but I think I read somewhere that we don't count them. So, which is it? Kelli--> 6 months post op, 245/156/125
