Anyone had BCBS HMO Blue New England coverage...?

I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO Blue New England (Massachusetts based). When I had my surgery (Open RNY 3/28/02) I had a different insurer - I changed jobs this month and have new insurance. They (BC/BS) will be covering my follow-up visits no problem (isn't that nice), but I'm wondering if I want to have a TT, has anyone had BCBS HMO Blue NE and had it covered? What are their requirements for covering this surgery? Any comments/suggestions would be helpful...THANKS!
