Okay... I need some help please!!!

I just purchased some samples from vitalady and I am soooo clueless on how to make a drink. Do I mix with water? milk? add anything? blend it? add ice? shake it? refrigerate it? Can you tell I am new to this??? LOL... Anyone out there with some great suggestions to give a pre-op??? THANKS
