ANYBODY OUT THERE USE THE ZUMBA TAPES????/

Hi i just purchased the zumba tapes they look like alot of fun i have been watching the infomercial for weeks and decided yesterday to get them. does anybody use them for postop excercise and if so is it as fun as it looks??
