When do you get the bowel prep, breathing exerciser and medication?

I'm just 4 days away from my LAP RNY and I don't have a visit with my doctor till the day of surgery. What my problem is is when I saw my doc she said that she was going to give me some antibiotic to kill the bacteria that causes ulcers, well she never gave it to me. She also said that I would be given a breathing machine, the little exerciser, before surgery, but I haven't gotten that. And I'm assuming I'll have a bowel prep but I haven't gotten it. I have an information class to go to, but it'll be with nurses and a bunch of other people having the surgery through different dr.'s and I don't think they are given me my stuff then. I put a call into the dr.'s nurse and no one called me back. When did all of you get all of these things? Will my surgery be delayed because they forgot about me? Any help you could give me would be great and thanks for listening!!
