Can someone please give me a six week diet post op.

I have a good surgeon but he's very bad with post-op instructions. I asked him what should I eat post-op, his reply was anything on the Campbell Soup isle. I don't have any written menus. I want to make sure I'm eating the right things. Started Monday I will be 10 days post-op and the surgeon told me to go to soft solids, but didnot offer any sample menus.
