Has anyone had recent approval (2002) from Pacificare of Oregon.

I have not gone to my PCP yet with my request for referral to a bariatric physician. Does anyone have any experience with Pacificare for weight loss surgery. I don't want to go in and present this to her until I have all my ducks lined up. Thanks for any help.
