What else do I need to do to get precerted in GA?

I have Aetna HMO of GA. They have had my pre auth info since july 5,2002. I am still waiting. URG!!! I keep calling and they say it was pended for weight loss trial documentation. My PCP and I both faxed copies of records dated back to 1995 of supervised weight loss 3 times to the "pre determination unit". I called today and asked to speak to a supervisor. She couldn't transfer mr so took my name and number instead. My PCP's nurse called. Another rep told her to mail in all my info all over again to her attention. I am getting so frustrated !! please help. I started this process on May 22,2002 and it is now August 28,2002. I cant stand it. If it wasnt for what i believe life will be like after this is over then......
