No matter what I try to eat.....

The first couple of bites I take I feel sick, not so much nausea, but sick, I am 8 weeks post op, if I can manage to get past the feeling I seem to eat ok, but some days it is so hard to get past that feeling. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so any ideas on what to do? Thanks Susan
