Has anyone not followed doctors orders about how long to wait for TT?

I'm 6 months post-op and have lost 120lbs....still have 50 to go. I have always been kinda saggy around my arms and thighs, and tummy...even before losing weight, but now it's alot worse....my rny surgeon says that he wants me to wait for another year before having plastic surgery because I;m young and my skin will "probably" go back...but I know it won't I've always lifted weights and you can just tell by the wrinkliness ya know! He hasn't seen these areas so he doesn't know how bad they are. Has anyone ever gone ahead and had plastic surgery by someone else, and not listened to there rny surgeon? PLease let me know! THANX! P.S. I don't wanna have anything done for another 6 months or so.....but don't wanna wait 2 years!
