Am I Eating too Much!?!?!

I have never been able to eat as much as I did today. For breakfast I had about 1/3 of a pack of instant grits. For a snack b/t lunch, I had a string cheese thing. At Lunch, I had 2 small pieces of pizza. For snack that afternoon, I had another string cheese. And finally, for dinner I had a WHOLE can of cream of chicken soup, and later another small piece of pizza and 1/2 a cup of sugar free ice cream! I didn't hurt at all today! I'm just scared that my stomach has stretched, I am only out 3 weeks. I drank all my water today and I am down 32 lbs. I just need a little encouragement and advice! Thank you!
