can anyone who has gotten pregnant please tell me how the out come was and what i

need to do. What supplements do I need etc, I am 3 and a half months post op and I have lost 74 pounds i only need to lose another 50 or so . please give me advise, I called my surgeon and he said "congratulations" it isnt what i had expected him to say but he didnt give me very much advise on my nutrition.
