I know that we stop drinking a half hour before we eat, but does that mean
that we also must stop drinking a half hour before taking pills, vitamins, and minerals? I read of someone who always drank with eating, and they had health problems because their nutrients weren't being absorbed. Even though the intestine is what digests everything we consume, is it possible that liquid can wash out the nutrients?
