What did Dr. Gibbs in Little Rock, Arkansas have you POST-ops do?

I am particularly interested in pre-surgery preps-such as other medical testing and etc. If any of you are Tricare Prime--What can I expect as for cost and etc? Do any of you live way off? If so, what did he have you do before surgery? Any other info would be greatly appreciated.
