Okay crazy question for the day?????

I had surgery on June 13 and have lost at least 42 lbs. and have now been able to get into some 3 x with elastic, my questions is if i go from 376 - 276 by xmas, which is the plan, what size clothes will that be??? Im 5'7" tall and carry my weight in the middle. The reason for my question is the fact that I have been buying clothes on Ebay, and I dont have many smaller size clothes for the fall winter season. Sorry to make this so long, I just dont want to purchase the wrong size, or miss a great bargain on Ebay either. THANKS A BUNCH
