What types of plastic surgery has insurance companies paid for? I have blue cross blue shield and will more than likely need skin removed from my arms, thighs and stomach. Right now I am ok, but I think I need to start documenting things now. Also, has anyone ever had a breast lift and was allowed to pay for implants and have both procedures done at the same time?
