stomach cramps

I am 4 weeks post op and have felt great until 3 days ago. I woke up in the night with horrible stomach cramps. I vomited for the 1st time that night earlier in the evening. I have continued to have these for 3 days now. Like charlie horse cramps. Any one else have this? I went to the ER- no explaination, and my Dr. is out of town.
