Dry milk and the sugar it contains, is it good for you or not???

I know that we are suppose to get alot of protein and that dry milk is a very good way to get it when you add to different things. But from reading the contents on it, the amount of sugar seems an awful lot for us to be able to have. There are like 11 grams of sugar in a single serving. So I need to know if you all still use it to add to your protein intake???? And also what type you all get? Thanks so much for the information
